We are an MIT-student-only residential building located at 353 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge. Within a 5 minute walk, you can reach the
Central Square T-stop, MIT, the Star Market grocery store, convenience and drug stores, banks, and dozens of restaurants.

- Twenty-six furnished single rooms on two floors each with a bed, desk, dresser, bookshelves, ethernet connection and phone line (optional)
- Monthly charges include all utilities: electricity, heat, hot water, and MIT fiber-optic network connection.
- Two kitchens with storage cabinets, refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, and garbage disposals (each shared by about 13 people)
- Two laundry rooms with washer and dryer
- Eight private bathrooms (about 1 per 4 people)
- Weekly cleaning service cleans public areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.
